Brand new online casinos in Ireland

33 New casinos founded 2024–2026, of the 150 casinos on our list

We list new online casinos that accept players in Ireland and show how new each one really is. The figure beside this text counts the casinos founded this year or in the two years before, and the ranking below is limited to them.

A new brand has no payout history, so most of the risk sits in its licence and its terms. No online casino holds an Irish licence yet: the regulator has started with betting, so every casino here is licensed abroad, and we name that licence on every review.

Use the list as a starting point for comparison. Open the terms for the exact casino, because a general guide cannot confirm the offer or payment options attached to your account.

Compare like with like: the same currency, deposit size, game category, and withdrawal route. A headline amount alone cannot show which offer leaves fewer restrictions.

Keep a record of the terms shown when you register. Operators can update pages, and a saved copy helps you identify the version that applied to your account.

Short answer

Which new online casinos are worth trying in Ireland?

Start with casinos that accept Irish players, let you play in euros and pay out to a method you already use, such as a debit card, Revolut or an e-wallet. Prefer an EU licence, such as Malta's, over an offshore one, because it gives you a regulator to complain to. Keep the first deposit small and ask for a small withdrawal early, before you trust a new brand with more.

New-brand check

Six checks before your first deposit at a new casino

Each check needs a few minutes and no account. Our casino pages show the result per casino where our data has it.

General explanation

  1. Licence on the regulator's register

A logo in the footer proves nothing. The licence number and company name must appear on the regulator's own register, with the same domain.

Copy the licence number from the casino's footer and search it on the regulator's public register. Some regulators publish no searchable register; then ask support for the certificate.

    You check
  2. Full terms and conditions published

The general terms, not only the bonus terms, set the rules for withdrawals, inactive accounts and account closure.

Find the terms link in the footer before you register and check that the terms carry a date.

    You check
  3. Withdrawal terms in writing

Weekly and monthly caps, pending times and the KYC trigger decide how fast a win reaches you.

Read the payments section of the terms before the first deposit. Note the weekly cap and the documents asked for.

    You check
  4. Bonus terms you can read before claiming

Wagering, max bet, game weighting and the cap on winnings decide what a welcome offer is worth.

Open the bonus terms from the offer page. If they only appear after deposit, skip the offer.

    You check
  5. A first small withdrawal

The cheapest test of a new casino is a small cash-out early, before you build a balance.

Withdraw a small win to the method you deposited with and note the time to payment.

  6. Responsible gaming tools

Deposit, loss and time limits plus self-exclusion should be in the account menu from day one.

Set a deposit limit before you claim anything; if you cannot, treat it as a warning.

Launch bonuses

New casinos advertise bigger offers. Wagering decides what they are worth

Median headline welcome offer: €2,000 at casinos founded since 2024, €1,000 at older casinos.

Live · offers

Founded 2024–26 (€) €2,000
Founded before 2024 (€) €1,000

expected cost = bonus × wagering × (1 − RTP)
€2,000 × 40 × 4% = €3,200 > €2,000

Clearing a bonus costs about bonus × wagering × house edge. A €100 bonus at 35x on a slot with 96% RTP means €3,500 in bets and an expected cost of €140, so it is worth less than nothing on average. At 10x, the same bonus costs about €40 and is worth about €60. No Irish rule caps wagering yet, so check the multiple.

To wager €80,000
Expected cost €3,200
Expected value -€1,200

You must bet €80,000 before the bonus turns into cash. At 96.0% RTP that costs €3,200 on average, so the bonus is worth about -€1,200.

New casinos in Ireland: what to know

Which Irish online casino rules apply now?

The Gambling Regulation Act 2024 replaced Ireland's old betting and gaming laws and created a single regulator, Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI). Its rules are coming into force in stages.

StepWhenWhat it means for you
GRAI establishedMarch 2025One regulator for betting, gaming and lotteries
Credit card banFebruary 2026Pay by debit card, Revolut, bank or e-wallet
First licences, for remote bettingJuly 2026Bookmakers move to GRAI licences
Online casino licencesA later phaseUntil then, casinos serving Ireland are licensed abroad
National exclusion registerNot yet runningUse each casino's own self-exclusion and blocking software

The legal timeline matters because a regulator can exist before every licence category is available. The Gambling Regulation Act 2024 should therefore be read by commencement date, not by title alone.

The Irish Statute Book publishes the Act and the commencement instruments. Check the section and its current status when a rule affects a deposit, offer, or account limit.

An online casino licence and a remote betting licence are different permissions. A betting licence does not establish that the same company may offer casino games.

Before opening an account, identify the legal company in the site footer and compare its name with the licence register. A familiar brand name is not the regulated entity.

A licence is one part of the decision. It does not show the exact withdrawal method, processing time, game version, or bonus conditions offered to each player.

Keep these checks separate. Legal permission answers who may operate; the account terms answer what the operator promises; your payment receipt records what happened.

How to assess a new casino in Ireland

Every casino on this site shows the year it was founded and the date it joined our list, so you can tell a real launch from an older site that only just reached us. For readers in Ireland we also look at whether the casino accepts Irish players, plays in euros, which payment methods work in both directions and what the welcome offer is worth.

  • Licence: which regulator, and whether it is an EU or an offshore licence
  • Access: whether our data lists Ireland as accepted
  • Payments: debit cards, Revolut, Apple Pay, Trustly and the methods that also pay out
  • Bonus: wagering, time limit, maximum bet and any cap on winnings
  • Games: the studios in the lobby and the RTP settings they use

The review checklist explains what each check covers. Read it to understand how licence, payment, offer and game details fit into an operator assessment. Our how we review new casinos page explains the process.

A new casino can look polished before it has a long public record. Our checks separate information that can be read from documents from information that requires an actual player transaction.

Founding year describes the brand's stated age, while the date added describes when it entered this directory. Neither date proves that the casino has paid withdrawals reliably.

Start with identity. Match the operating company and licence number across the footer, terms, and regulator record. If one name differs, treat the mismatch as unresolved until the operator explains it.

Then check access. A page may be visible from Ireland even when its terms exclude Irish residents. Read the eligibility clause before registering or sharing identity documents.

Payment availability has two directions. A deposit method can accept funds without supporting withdrawals, so compare the cashier's deposit and payout lists independently.

Offer value depends on conditions. A headline amount omits wagering, eligible games, maximum stake, expiry, withdrawal caps, and minimum deposit.

Game totals also need context. A catalogue count does not show whether a particular title is available to your account or which return-to-player version the casino uses.

These checks describe the evidence visible to a reader. They do not imply that an editor opened an account, made a deposit, or completed a withdrawal.

How to check payments at a new casino

Debit cards, Revolut, Apple Pay and Google Pay are the usual ways in; e-wallets such as Skrill and Neteller and bank transfers are common ways out. Paysafecard works for deposits only, so you need a second method for withdrawals. Crypto casinos may pay out only in coins, which adds exchange-rate risk.

Upload your ID and proof of address when you register, so your first withdrawal is not held up by checks.

Treat the cashier as a route map rather than a promise of speed. The operator's terms, your payment provider, and account verification can each affect when money becomes available.

Before depositing, confirm that the same account name appears on the casino profile and the payment method. A mismatch can trigger a source-of-funds or ownership review.

Check the minimum and maximum amounts for each direction. A method that accepts a small deposit may have a higher withdrawal minimum or a separate fee.

Keep the payment receipt and note the transaction reference. If a withdrawal is delayed, those details help you describe the request accurately to support.

Do not assume that a displayed method works for every account. Availability can depend on currency, provider, verification status, and the operator's current cashier settings.

Read the withdrawal section before accepting a bonus. Some terms restrict withdrawals while playthrough remains, and some offers impose a maximum cashout.

Small initial transfers limit exposure while you learn the process. They cannot guarantee that a payment will be approved or that support will resolve a dispute.

How to keep control while gambling

Set a deposit limit before you claim a welcome offer, and keep sessions short. If gambling stops being fun, HSE addiction services and Gamblers Anonymous Ireland offer free help, and blocking software such as Gamban keeps gambling sites off your devices. Read our page on gambling addiction.

A spending limit works best when it is chosen before a session begins. Set a figure you can afford to lose, then stop when the limit is reached.

Separate entertainment money from household bills and borrowing. A bonus does not reduce the chance of losing the cash needed to clear its conditions.

Track time as well as money. A short session with a planned end point is easier to review than play that continues while chasing a previous loss.

Self-exclusion is a barrier, not a refund or a way to reopen an account. Read the operator's confirmation and keep a copy of the date and duration.

Blocking software adds friction on a device, while account limits work through the operator. Use more than one barrier if one route is easy to bypass.

Pause when gambling causes stress, secrecy, missed commitments, or borrowing. Speak with a qualified support service before another deposit.

Responsible play also means leaving an offer unused. Declining a promotion is a sound choice when its time limit or wagering conditions do not fit your budget.

Questions

New online casinos in Ireland: questions

Can I play at online casinos from Ireland?

Yes, if you are 18 or older and the casino accepts players in Ireland. Until the GRAI starts licensing online casinos, those casinos are licensed abroad, so check which licence each one holds.

Does any online casino hold an Irish licence?

Not yet. The GRAI began with remote betting licences in July 2026 and will license online casino games in a later phase.

What counts as a new online casino on this site?

A casino founded this year or in the two years before, by the year the casino states. We also show the date it joined our list. Our ranking method has the details.

Are new online casinos safe?

A new casino has no payout record yet. Prefer an EU licence, read the withdrawal terms and request a small withdrawal before you deposit more. Our responsible gaming guide explains practical limits and safer play choices.

Can I use a credit card?

No. Irish law bans paying for gambling with a credit card. Use a debit card, Revolut, a bank transfer or an e-wallet.

Is there a self-exclusion scheme in Ireland?

A national exclusion register is planned under the Gambling Regulation Act 2024 but is not running yet. Use each casino's self-exclusion tool and blocking software such as Gamban.
